Our WarrantyAll batteries are shipped brand new and come with the following warranties:
NiCD Batteries
shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 14 months from the date of shipment.
NiMH Batteries
shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 12 months from the date of shipment.
LION Batteries
shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 12 months from the date of shipment.
Medical Application Batteries
shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 12 months from the date of shipment.
Sealed Lead Acid Batteries
12 months from the date of shipment.
Non Rechargeable Batteries
shall perform at 100% rated capacity upon delivery.
Analyzers & Chargers
12 months from the date of shipment.
+ All batteries returned to us within their warranty period will be tested on a conditioner / analyzer / Cadex unit. If the battery tests good, it will be returned to you. The turn around time for testing of batteries is approximately 48 to 72 hours.
+ All batteries must have DATE CODES on the label / sticker.
+ There is a 30-day pre-warranty period which allows us to send you a new battery before receiving your damaged / defective item(s). This can be done in the event the battery is DOA, damaged during shipment, or we made a shipping or packaging error or quite simply, if the wrong battery was sent. Anything over the 30-day mark must be approved by us first.
+ Credits will only be issued within the first 30 days from the original date of purchase. Beyond the 30 days, you will receive a replacement item. |
